T-Shirt for CHW 2015!

Josh and I are excited for the Congenital Heart Walk on April 25, 2015 at the North GA Fairgrounds in Marietta. If you would like to make a direct donation to our team, "Team Sawyer" you can do so HERE! On that same page you can also sign up to walk with our team. It is free to walk and we would love to have you join us, walking in Sawyer's memory and also to help raise awareness for CHD's.

We are doing another shirt this year and ALL proceeds will be donated to benefit both the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) and The Children’s Heart Foundation (CHF).

The price for the shirt is $15 and it is available in YS, YM, YL and all adult sizes from S to XXL.

I am so excited about these shirts! Those footprints are Sawyers ACTUAL prints! I scanned them in and they incorporated them in to the design. 

There are several ways to pay - cash, check, or via pay pal. If you pay via pay pal, I can send you my email address so you can "gift" me the money as family/friend and we can avoid the fees.

Please let me know how many and which sizes when you order. We have to have all orders and payments by April 11 so we can get the shirts distributed before the walk! Order sooner rather than later so we aren't waiting until the last minute :) We won't have as many extra shirts this year.
